Notes
You can use any type of decent chocolate bar you want, dark or milk, flavored however you like. Same for the hot chocolate mix, though I would avoid the kind with tiny marshmallows in it because those don’t usually cook so well.
You will have enough mixture for two 8×8 or 9×9 trays, so bake one or two at a time depending. You may need to add some baking time when baking two at once or if you use all the mixture at once in a larger tray.
If you think the middle still needs baking but you don’t want to scorch the edges, you can add an overhang of tin foil around the edges of the tray.
When it looks/smells done, test the middle with a toothpick or fork. It should come out not completely clean like cake, but not be liquid either.
